Implementation within the QNAP firmware does not make any sense at all.
Cloud Backup services are useful additions to our NAS units, but as the services themselves are not under QNAP control, they should NOT be part of the QNAP Firmware at all IMHO. Personally I'd like to see all Cloud Backup Services removed from the Firmware! All should be implemented as QPKGS instead, so that they can be maintained and upgraded by 3rd Partys, rather than QNAP.
